Building Systems That Support Better Decisions
Combining analytics expertise with socially-conscious systems thinking to help groups create clarity, measure impact, and navigate complexity.
I believe organizations are more than processes and metrics—they are living systems shaped by relationships, values, and shared purpose. My work helps teams uncover patterns, strengthen decision-making, and build data practices that support meaningful impact.
Why I Do What I Do
At the heart of my work is a belief that everything exists in relationship.
Organizations are not just processes and metrics. Communities are not just demographics. People are not just data points. Each is part of a larger living system shaped by connection, history, behavior, and environment.
My interest in data and analytics comes from its ability to reveal patterns that are otherwise difficult to see. My passion for psychology comes from understanding how those patterns are experienced, embodied, and lived by real people.
I want work at the intersection of these perspectives because I believe meaningful change requires both insight and understanding. When groups of people can see themselves more clearly—through reliable data, thoughtful evaluation, and honest reflection—they are better equipped to make decisions that align with their values and create positive impact.
My goal is to help build systems that support not only better decisions, but healthier relationships, stronger communities, and a deeper understanding of what matters.
